SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. During new releases, promotions and busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Australian Shipping
Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order.

International Shipping
NRKY ships internationally to selected destinations. Shipping rates and available services are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their country.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information.

Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only. Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@nrky.co. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
